The summit began with Cambridge Viscosity crowning Japan Controls as Best Agent of 2010 and Pensalab as the Best New Agent.
Highly interactive classroom sessions covered sessions on measuring viscosity - fluids, technologies and terminology - through major market applications for Cambridge, including medical and optical coating; oil and gas exploration; oil analysis; life sciences; oil refining; and performance coating.
Hands-on workshops allowed participants to work on viscometer selection, commissioning, calibration and trouble-shooting.
