The applications provided can determine the properties and optimal assay conditions of any sequence entered, all at the click of a button.
The range of options available include IDT's Oligoanalyzer, Primerquest and Realtime PCR design tools, as well as a dilution calculator, a resuspension calculator and an application for analysing oligo secondary structures.
Oligoanalyzer can be used to calculate the physical properties of any DNA or RNA sequence, whereas Primerquest and Realtime PCR simplify the design of PCR and qPCR primers and probes.
Each optimised oligo can be easily transferred to the shopping cart for hassle-free ordering.
