Caliper Life Sciences has formed a partnership with The Genome Analysis Centre (TGAC), a Norwich-based high-throughput sequencing and analysis centre, establishing TGAC as a national reference site.
TGAC will implement Caliper's NGS Bundle, which includes the Sciclone NGS Workstation, Labchip GX and Labchip XT, providing TGAC with a suite of automation and microfluidic solutions for a flexible and scalable sequencing sample preparation pipeline that offers strong sample tracking and reproducibility.
Caliper has developed a complete suite of next-generation sequencing tools, including the Sciclone NGS Workstation for library construction and sequence-capture protocols, the high-throughput Labchip GX for library quantification and quality control, and the preparative Labchip XT that replaces the inconsistent gel-isolation steps for library preparation.
