Agilent Technologies has introduced its 2011 Forensic and Toxicology Compendium, featuring 125 applications, including 30 new ones based on former Varian platforms.
Agilent acquired Varian in May 2010.
The compendium provides sample-preparation protocols, instrument operating conditions, examples of typical results and documented figures of merit such as detection limits, any interference effects and reproducibility.
These complete application guides are cross-indexed by sample matrix, analytical technique and target analyte to help users quickly locate the correct workflow.
Sample-preparation techniques and productivity tools are also organised in this way.
