Seward, the manufacturer and developer of the Stomacher paddle blender range, will be exhibiting at IAFP 2011 in Milwaukee from 31 July to 3 August in Booth 132.
Seward Laboratory Systems, the company's US-based sales and technical support office, will highlight a range of sample preparation products for microbiological analyses of food products.
In particular, the Seward Stomacher 3500, suitable for the large-volume sample preparation of meat for E.coli testing, and the Seward Stomacher 400, which is claimed to globally process more than eight million food samples daily, will be demonstrated at the exhibition.
According to the company, sample preparation is a critical step in all microbiological analyses, and Stomacher paddle blenders and associated Stomacher bags are designed to ensure consistent homogenising performance.
All Stomacher blenders hold a three-year warranty.
