Scilabware has updated its range of Pyrex dropping and separating funnels with three new product groups.
The new Pyrex graduated dropping funnel has a stem inside the cone and a PTFE/glass stopcock.
This design is suitable for measuring reagents while performing addition reactions with Quickfit glassware assemblies.
The Pyrex graduated pressure equalising dropping funnels, also with PTFE/glass stopcocks, are similar to the dropping funnels but can be used under vacuum systems due to the additional pressure-equalising side arm.
The Pyrex Gilson spherical funnel features a long neck between the bulb and stopcock, facilitating easy and precise control over the liquid-liquid interface, according to the company.
Gilson funnels are only available with a PTFE stopcock.
