The T24 license-free system of wireless radio telemetry instrumentation has been extended by the addition of three new data acquistion transceiver modules.
The T24-TA is a temperature acquisition module which operates with a platinum resistance sensor.
The T24-RA is designed to transmit signals from a potentiometric device such as a linear or rotary potentiometer, and the T24-PA operates with pulse signals.
This is in addition to the existing input modules T24-SA for strain gauge devices, T24-VA for voltage signals, and T24-IA for milliamp signals.
As well as being available in miniature PCB form, these input devices can be supplied ready-fitted in a choice of three environmental housing, T24-ACM, T24-ACMi, and T24-ACMm (shown in the attached photograph with the option T24-BB1 battery power supply holder), which vary in the degree of robustness and IP protection to suit different applications.
The T24 Radio Telemetry System is ideally suited to laboratory and prototype use, with an open-air range typically of up to 120 metres using the integral aerial, although other aerial options are available.
The system has been design with economical power consumption in mind, and there is a selection of modules for digital input and output, serial output, computer base stations, displays, printing, analogue output, as well as two hand-held receivers and indicators.
