AUREA Technology is launching its near infrared Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) module at CLEO 2012.
The device is an ultra-low-noise and high quantum efficiency near infrared [900 - 1700 nm] single photon counter with timing correlation features.
It includes a Geiger-mode InGaAs avalanche photodiode and thermoelectric coolers that ensure very high detection efficiency up to 25 per cent.
The TCSPC module from AUREA Technology is offered in two versions, the SPD_AT_M1 with one channel and the SPD_AT_M2 for two channels.
