Cabolite is set to present its horizontal split tube furnace (HST 12) and CWF box furnace at Pittcon next week.
Various laboratory heat-treatment instruments will be on display, such as the HST 12 at the exhibition in Philadelphia next week.
The HST 12’s split furnace body design enables the exchange of worktubes for different applications.
The CWF box furnace will also be exhibited, with refractory insulation and a robust design that provides resistance to abrasion.
The parallel opening design ensures that the hot face of the door faces away from the operator when opened.
HST 12 features overview:
- Maximum operating temperature of 1200°C.
- Designed to accept process tubes up to 4 inch OD (100 mm).
- Insulating end vestibules improve chamber uniformity and incorporate interchangeable tube adapters.
- Positive break furnace safety switch isolates power to the heating elements when furnace is opened.
- 301 or programmable controls.
