Merck Millipore has introduced its SupraSolv solvent for use in HGC drug analysis.
SupraSolv solvents are designed to meet the requirements of headspace gas chromatography: high purity and extremely low concentrations of residual solvents, as defined by the International Conference of Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH).
HGC provides high purity, accurate, reliable and reproducible results. It is precise and well accepted method for the analysis of residual solvents in drug substances and products in accordance with the ICH.
