The software can be used with the ChemStation OpenLAB chromatography data system.
The software module is designed to simplify the quantification and reporting of dissolution samples analysed by HPLC.
According to the company, this will improve the user’s investment in dissolution apparatus, liquid chromatographs and informatics.
Once dissolution samples have been collected, they are loaded into the chromatograph and analysed.
The LC Dissolution Software module automates the setup of the chromatograph, incorporates the dissolution methodology, performs the sample analysis and generates the final reports.
Real-time views of the dissolution profile of all active ingredients are available as the analysis progresses.
Allan Little, Agilent director of marketing for dissolution systems, said: “This software eliminates the need to export data to a spreadsheet and thus ensures the integrity and security of dissolution analysis data, all in a 21 CFR Part 11 environment.”
Product Features:
- Existing chromatographic methods that easily integrate for automatic generation of analysis sequences.
- Sequence generation independent of hardware.
- Full utilisation of all Agilent LC ChemStation software capabilities.
