The Copley Dissofract is an automated sampler for dissolution testing and pharmaceutical analysis.
The automated sampling unit is designed around the use of bidirectional pumps, offering low dead volume and first in/ first out (FIFO) operation.
The system allows automatic removal of samples up to as many as eight dissolution vessels and the pumps offer a volumetric precision of <0.25 mL, typically around 0.1 mL.
Copley claims the risk of cross-contamination is typically less than 1%, even during short sample intervals.
