The AdvanceBio Peptide Mapping Columns perform separation, characterisation and analysis of proteins.
In addition to proteomic analysis, the HPLC and HILIC columns can also be used to examine monoclonal antibodies, peptides and additional biologics.
The column can determine protein structure and is capable of identifying modifications, whilst the peptide mix ensures media suitability and reproducibility across peptide maps.
All columns are stable to 600 bar on UHPLC instruments and can be used in a variety of application, with the ZORBAX RRHD 300-HILIC boasting a bar stability of 1200.
ZORBAX RRHD 300-HILIC features overview:
- Operates under 2-?m.
- 1200 bar stability.
- Separation of peptides, polar glycopeptides, conjugates and proteins.
