Agaram launches its LogiLab Series standard edition laboratory automation products, which collect data from serial instruments, onto the international market
LogiLab Series standard edition is a database-oriented instrument data capture solution designed and implemented specifically for serial instruments.
LogiLab Series can collect data from serial instruments and store it in a secure database.
LogiLab SE has basic features like sample login, designing of lab sheets, data collection from instruments, archiving, and reporting.
LogiLab can handle multiple (max 16) serial instruments based on delimiter and separator or along with an advanced parsing technique.
Advanced parsing technique provides the possibility to detect individual data fields and separate them as valid data, merge multiple data, split merged data etc.
This provides the flexibility of working with non-standard serial instruments in your laboratory.
The entire operation of splitting and allocating fields is so automated that you will not need any specialists' time to program all these features, says Agaram.
LogiLab Series is focused on a 'sample centred' approach.
This means whenever a sample arrives in a lab it can undergo various tests.
All the tests performed on the sample can be logged into the database using LogiLab.
It is also possible to manually enter results into the package for equipment, which does not have communication.
LogiLab has certain unique features like 'No Login' option, which enables users to work without any pre-defined work list.
Multiple analyses can be perfomed on the same sample, eg loss on drying.
LogiLab Series will have the flexibility of creating various templates called as lab sheets (like MS Excel sheets).
Users can create as many sheets or templates which will correspond to the actual log books.
These sheets will be protected during analysis.
Data cannot be tampered during analysis (GLP and 21CFR Part 11).
Sheets created can be used for performing analysis.
LogiLab has all the features to comply with 21 CFR Part 11.
LogiLab database can be queried to produce reports.
LogiLab also has special features to export selected data in several formats (Excel, text, custom delimited), which in turn can be used by other applications like LIMS.
