Dilumat 4 turbo from AES Laboratoire has been designed to increase the performance of the automated Dilumat 4, offering the highly accurate dilution of a 225ml liquid or solid food sample in a record eight seconds.
The operator starts the procedure simply by programming the dilution factor required via the keypad.
The Dilumat 4 turbo then weighs the bottle, flask or homogeniser bag containing the sample and automatically calculates and dispenses the exact diluent volume required.
For added flexibility, many optional extras are available, including a dual pump head which allows the operator to switch easily between two different dilutions.
A built-in bar code reader automatically identifies samples, diluting agents and operators (if required) and the printer generates an alphanumeric report containing all the information.
In providing traceable data, Dilumat 4 turbo helps laboratories meet the need for compliance with regulatory authorities.
It is also fully compatible with the AES Labmaster, a laboratory equipment management system providing complete sample traceability, and PCs.
Further options listed include a dual pump tube without tip, a dual pump spare pre-cut tube (5+5) and a dispensing tip.
