Avery Weigh-Tronix has launched Reflex H, a comprehensive range of balances with the extensive features and consistent accuracy demanded in high-precision weighing applications.
The balances are designed for weighing routines both in and out of the laboratory environment with programmes for counting, checkweighing, density measurement, solids and liquids and peak hold included at no extra cost.
This suits applications in R and D, QC, food, chemical, pharmaceutical and engineering industries. Central to each balance is proven force motor weighing technology, to guarantee sustained accuracy and fast results under all conditions.
Reflex H includes a unique Windows Direct feature that enables data to be sent straight from the balance to a PC, with no software installation required.
This allows routine data collection to be automated and the results analysed with standard desktop tools including MSExcel, MSAccess and Lotus 1-2-3.
The range also includes an internal clock which can be set to download data at set time intervals in tests and experiments. An auto calibration facility is supplied on all models with an internal calibration weight.
This simple-to-use feature encourages regular calibration and thereby ensures accurate results, every time.
It can also be set to automatically adjust the balance for small changes in ambient temperature or to calibrate at a time that best suits work schedules.
Calibration data including the date, time, serial and model number of the balance can be output to a PC or printer, to provide evidence of due diligence for audit and traceability purposes and compliance with ISO, GLP and GMP standards.
