AP Technologies announces its appointment as the distributor for El-Mul Technologies of Israel, a leading supplier of OEM particle detection solutions for the worldwide semiconductor manufacturing tools, industrial scanning electron microscope and time-of-flight mass spectrometry markets.
El-Mul is well-known for its proprietary micro-sphere plate electron multiplier technology and is also well-established as a supplier of value-added micro channel plate solutions including single, chevron and Z-format MCPs with anode and fast anode, flange, phosphor screens and grids.
