BFi Optilas announces MicroPublisher, a high resolution microscope camera from QImaging Corporation designed for publication work or documentation
The MicroPublisher digital imaging system delivers high resolution colour images for microscopy documentation and publication.
The 3.3-megapixel CCD sensor and 30-bit colour digitisation produce high quality colour images of brightfield, darkfield and fluorescence work.
For demanding low light application, the MicroPublisher cooled model minimises thermal noise during long exposure times for high quality, low light images.
An easy to install single wire connection form the camera to the computer (including laptops), via FireWire IEEE 1394 interface, allows full computer control of the camera.
The MicroPublisher Imaging System includes QCapture and Adobe Photoshop LE software for rapid preview and image capture, exposure control and image enhancements; FireWire IEEE 1394 cable and PCI card; and C-mount optical interface.
The MicroPublisher is a complete imaging system at an affordable price and it provides excellent publication quality images that will reproduce at full quality in a journal or magazine at full-page size.
