This new certificate from Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, which has only be awarded to 1% of companies so far, adds a range of new requirements for quality management and best practice.
Key aspects include specific requirements relating to customer satisfaction, measurement and analysis of performance, resource planning and management, and demonstrable continual improvement of processes and product quality.
