Clinical technology organisation earns certificate in the multinational company of the year category of the first-ever International Business Awards
Clinical technology organisation ClinPhone has earned a Certificate of Finalist Recognition in the multinational company of the year category of the first-ever International Business Awards.
The International Business Awards are the first global, all-encompassing business awards identifying and rewarding great performances in the workplace.
The awards are nicknamed the Stevies after the Greek word for crowned.
Members of the awards' board of distinguished judges and advisors will select International Stevie winners from the finalists, which were themselves chosen by volunteer judges around the world during two months of preliminary judging.
Winners will be selected from among almost 500 nominations received from companies and individuals in more than 30 countries, including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, the Czech Republic, Germany, India, South Korea, Norway, Peru, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Thailand and the USA as well as the United Kingdom.
Companies from all over the world are eligible to compete in the International Business Awards, and can enter in any of more than 40 categories from best multinational company and best new product to best sales team and best executive. ClinPhone claims to be the largest and most experienced technology provider in the pharmaceutical industry having supported over 1000 clinical trials (of which more than 300 are currently live) in over 80 countries and 70 languages.
The workforce has grown from just a handful in the company's early days to more than 380 today.
ClinPhone has no less than 17 coveted preferred supplier agreements and its system handles up to 90,000 calls per month.
Headquartered in Nottingham in the UK, ClinPhone has US offices in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, and California, as well as a mainland European facilities in Brussels, Belgium and Heidelberg, Germany.
Commenting on the news that the company has secured a final place, sales and marketing director Patrick Hughes explained: "ClinPhone has been remarkably successful in receiving numerous awards and accolades from many independent European assessors, but this recognition truly establishes the organisation in the global arena.
