Newly appointed non-executive chairman and CEO bring wealth of experience to management team
ClinPhone announces the appointment of a new non-executive chairman of the board, Edwin Moses.
In a further move, Steven Kent, group finance director, has stepped up as CEO.
Its founders and joint managing directors, Neil Rotherham and Jonathan Engler, will adopt new roles as founder directors in the organisation. This restructure continues ClinPhone's strategy for growth, with the new team anticipated to take ClinPhone into the next phase of its progression to IPO.
ClinPhone says it and its customers will benefit greatly from Moses's insight and expertise.
With over twenty years experience in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors, Moses has worked for many leading companies in a senior capacity including Amersham International, Oxford Asymmetry International, and Evotec OAI.
Since 2001, Moses has managed an impressive portfolio of non-executive directorships in the drug discovery and biotechnology industries. The newly appointed CEO, Steven Kent, joined ClinPhone over two years ago.
Previously, he worked as finance and managing director for Workplace Technologies, initially a subsidiary of ICL and led by Kent to a management buyout and subsequent flotation on a full listing on the London Stock Exchange.
