Celsum Technologies will be handing UK sales of the Fluid Dynamics T2SR rheometer commencing immediately.
The managing director of Celsum Technologies, Roy Carter, brings a wealth of rheology know-how with him to the UK sales initiative, being involved in the initial design and commercial development of the rheometer with the University of Strathclyde.
According to Carter, "We are delighted to be associated with this very versatile rheometer.
"We recommend applications in a very wide range of industries including foods, personal/household care products, pharmaceuticals, bitumens and polymers.
"We look forward to promoting sales of the T2SR, previously marketed by Rheometric Scientific (RheoPro) and Polymer Labs (TSR).
"It is unique in its new design, upgraded electronics and user friendly software package and it is well priced for the academic and industrial user".
Fluid Dynamics acquired the exclusive rights to the rheometer by agreement with Rheometric Scientific prior to the sale of its rheometer division to TA Instruments. Priced like a spindle viscometer, but with data quality matching research grade oscillatory rheometers, the T2SR is far more robust, and can test reactive materials that other rheometers cannot without risk of damage.
The T2SR requires no special air or power, is lightweight (8.9 kg), and easy to use.
