Zymo Research produces a variety of tools for simplifying common lab protocols such as DNA purification, RNA isolation and purification, protein expression and purification, yeast research and DNA methylation.
Evrogen's range of products for gene discovery and analysis includes fluorescent proteins and cDNA normalisation kits.
Zymo Research's DNA Methylation Assay uses a streamlined method to convert unmethylated cytosines to uracil using an optimised CT conversion reagent.
Treated DNA is desulphonated and cleaned-up on a single column with no messy precipitations.
Ultra-pure recovered DNA is ideal for methylation-sensitive PCR and bisulphite sequencing applications. Evrogen fluorescent proteins are excellent in vivo markers which are expressed well in most species with no additional cofactors or substrates required.
Fluorescence of different colours provides wide possibilities for multicolour labelling and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (Fret)-based applications. These products are available from Cambridge BioScience in the UK and Ireland only.
