Fluid Bed Dryer 2000 has a multitude of uses, including: simulating large scale fluid bed dryer process for materials feasibility studies; dries heat-sensitive materials; converts cakes and precipitates into powder or granular form; removes solvents from samples; rapidly and evenly dries samples; and with attachment, dries 8" test sieves.
Suitable for most granular and powder materials, drying times range from only seconds to minutes.
System features high rates of heat transfer to ensure faster and more homogenous drying than oven, microwave, or even vacuum drying.
