This single PTFE membrane filter is the filter of choice for a wide range of flow rates in air and gas sterilising applications.
The flow enhancing construction provides exceptionally high flow rates with low differential pressures.
The Microfluor II membrane is of sterilising grade quality and comes with certificates of quality and validation guides.
Microfluor II also has high retention capability of bacteriophages under worst case conditions.
Applications like fermenter air inlet/outlet filtration may require 150 to 200 in-situ steaming cycles.
Therefore Microfluor IIT has been challenged to 200 cycles at 145C and still has passed all integrity tests.
The filters robustness is a major advantage especially when the filter is not tested before and after each batch cycle.
The filter cartridge is available as standard cartridge from 5" to 40", as a mini cartridge and also as a disposable filter capsule in a special design from 2.5" to 30" size.
