Dendrite and Medical Data Management form strategic alliance to expand pharmaceutical CRM capabilities in central and eastern Europe
Continuing to expand its ability to serve the global pharmaceutical industry, Dendrite International has announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Medical Data Management (MDM), a provider of physician databases as well as marketing and promotional services to pharmaceutical companies in the rapidly growing central and eastern Europe market, including Hungary, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine.
The alliance combines Dendrite's sales channel management software and service solutions with MDM's recognised reputation in offering physician databases, market research, on-demand training, sales force services, performance support, as well as CRM application installation and support services.
By joining forces, both partners will have the ability to deliver a broader, richer array of services, combined with local market expertise and resources, and extend their reach into a number of growing markets.
Some 15,000 pharmaceutical sales representatives currently work in central and eastern Europe, and sales forces are anticipated to experience double-digit growth in coming years.
Both Dendrite and MDM have a well-established presence in the market to meet the industry's growing requirements.
Dendrite currently serves ten leading clients and has sold nearly 1000 software user licenses in the region, while MDM supports more than 1300 area sales representatives from top manufacturers.
