Gel permeation chromatography module is optional add-on for chromatography software which can acquire data from any analogue HPLC system
DataApex released the Clarity chromatography station version 2.3 and a new optional add-on module for gel permeation chromatography.
The gel permeation chromatography (GPC) module gives users powerful tools for analysing data from GPC.
Clarity chromatography station can acquire data from any HPLC system with standard analogue output.
GPC mode is selectable for any instrument within a station.
The GPC module provides interactive and automated GPC analysis including recalibration and GPC reporting, simplifies retrieval of GPC data.
The GPC module allows flow rate and multi-detector delay corrections and includes narrow, broad, broad on narrow calibrations and universal calibration.
Key new features of Clarity version 2.3 include the following.
Better visualisation of calculations.
The software now provides a calibration points history, display of deviations in all calibration points, and display of calibration curve residuum calculations.
As with the previous version, Clarity 2.3 provides internal and external standard calculation methods, calibration of groups of peaks, and reference peak methods for better identification.
Enhanced customisation of reports.
New printing options include the ability to incorporate images in the report header, to print an active signal or all signals, to print in black and white, and to separately print signals in one protocol.
Users can still choose predefined report styles or customise reports to their own needs.
The software also features new functionality for event and summary tables, expanded data acquisition options and additional chromatogram operations. The Clarity chromatography station is designed to acquire and evaluate data from up to four chromatographs at a time (multi detectors measurement supported).
Clarity includes support tools for GLP/ 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
