Exfo's European headquarters at Meudon La Forêt, a suburb of Paris, is now operating at full capacity, the Canadian-based fiber-optic test equipment provider says
The recent consolidation of a wide array of repair, calibration, as well as many other value-added services in Europe is part of Exfo's global services strategy.
"Our goal is to provide our large European customer base with first-class and proximity-level services by reducing to a minimum the turnaround time of test equipment sent for repair, calibration, or upgrade," said Lionel Chmilewsky, managing director of Exfo Europe.
"Since we moved to larger premises in Meudon La Forêt a few months ago, our service centre team has been adapting our structure and procedures to accommodate the growing need for these essential services.
"Exfo Europe's service centre is now fully geared to respond to the demand for priority calibration, repair, responsive technical support as well as preventive and remedial on-site services." EXFO also has service centers in Canada, USA, China, and Singapore.
