New products from Genevac will be in evidence at two important European exhibitions during May: MipTec in Basel, and Achema in Frankfurt
At MipTec 2003 to be held in Basel, Switzerland, from 12-15 May, Genevac will showcase its versatile new HT-4X solvent evaporator for the first time in central Europe.
Improved speed of evaporation, shorter condenser defrost time, more powerful software (including auto-stop when dry and remote control functions) and the flexibility to accommodate a wide range of sample formats are key benefits of the new model HT-4X.
The system is said to be ideal for method development applications in medicinal chemistry and compound synthesis laboratories.
At the Achema trade fair to be held in Frankfurt, Germany from 19-24 May, scientists will be able to see an exclusive preview of the company's latest solvent evaporator for high-throughput applications, the HT-24.
Advanced details about the HT-24, due for a full global launch later this year, will be of particular interest to purification and compound handling groups in drug discovery.
In addition, the popular EZ-2 personal solvent evaporator, will be available for demonstration at both venues together with a newly developed range of flask holders that enable the EZ-2 to streamline much of the work currently performed by labour-intensive rotary evaporators.
