Genevac, as part of its commitment to continual improvement in customer service and training, has announced a new remote online training service.
Using the WebEx service, Genevac customers will be able to receive training seminars in the convenience of their own offices or laboratory from a live trainer.
Genevac will launch the service initially in the USA.
Until the end of December 2003, the new service will be offered free-of-charge to all users of Genevac series II instruments who have a current service contract, and as a free service with every new installation.
WebEx evaporator training will be rolled out across the rest of the world in spring 2004.
