Guava Technologies and GE Healthcare expand their cellular analysis solutions distribution agreement in Asia and Latin America
Developer of the Personal Cell Analysis (PCA) system and reagents - Guava Technologies and GE Healthcare have expanded the geographic scope of their previously announced exclusive three-year distribution agreement in Japan, to include South Korea, Mexico and certain countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
"The Guava PCA systems are complementary to GE Healthcare's cellular analysis reagents and the In Cell analyser.
"Together they provide a comprehensive cellular analysis offering, supported by GE Healthcare's extensive distribution, marketing, sales and support franchise. "Compatibility of reagents from both companies across the In Cell analyser and PCA platforms will simplify and improve cellular analysis applications and extend a more complete systems offering to customers," said John Sutton, vice president product management, cellular analysis, GE Healthcare.
The Guava Technologies products now available from GE Healthcare include the Guava PCA and PCA-96 platforms with software modules and reagent kits including Guava ViaCount, Nexin, Express, MultiCaspase, Tunel, Cell Cycle, CellToxicity, CellPaint and the Express AFP software modules.
