Designed to give customers clear, efficient access to information on product lines, applications, customer service and support
Lloyd Instruments's authorised distributor of materials testing equipment in India has launched a new website.
Hemetek Techno Instruments has designed its website at to appeal to any product manufacturer or research institute in India which would benefit from materials testing expertise.
It is designed to give customers clear, efficient access to information on product lines, applications, customer service and support.
Equipment lines available through Hemetek include Lloyd Instruments's single and twin column universal testing systems (ranging from 2N to 300kN force) recently displayed at PlastIndia 2003 in New Dehli, Chatillon mechanical and digital force gauges, and Davenport polymer testing equipment.
The website has a detailed section on testing applications covering polymers, packaging, metals, electronics, food, adhesives, textiles, building materials and other industries.
Customer service is key to Hemetek's success.
Features listed on the website include pre-sales service, customer training, maintenance and repair, application support and equipment calibration.
Hemetek is expected to gain ISO 17025 accreditation soon, for calibration expertise.
Stocking spare parts can be expensive in India and very few suppliers actually calibrate using digital proving rings.
Hemetek is believed to be the only agent in India stocking spare parts and digital proven rings for an overseas manufacturer of test equipment, offering customers rapid equipment maintenance.
Hemetek has also extended a successful buy back scheme this year, in which customers are able to replace old testing machines with new powerful, easy to use systems from Lloyd Instruments.
Hemetek is experienced in designing custom made solutions for novel applications and where automated testing is required.
The distributor's customer base covers the whole of the Indian sub continent, with offices in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Banglore and Delhi.
