The internet-based courses allow companies to participate in training programmes at a reduced cost and without leaving their premises
Justice Laboratory Software is providing training courses over the internet for users of the Chrom Perfect chromatography data system.
In the past, the Justice Laboratory Software has hosted user training events at various locations around the world. Attendees have commented on the success and benefits such training offers, and can detail real improvements in efficiency within their laboratories, says the company.
Unfortunately, many companies have tighter budgets, increasing workloads, and fewer staff.
This means that travelling to and attending training courses is impossible.
The internet-based courses allow companies to participate in training programmes at a reduced cost and without leaving their premises.
Using superfast internet connections and new communication technologies, Chrom Perfect Internet Training features real-time discussion, presentations, examples and demonstrations and is presented by a Chrom Perfect Training Officer from one of the remote offices in the USA or Europe.
The course can be delivered via a large-screen projector for many participants or a desktop monitor for an individual.
The courses currently available are:.
Getting started with Chrom Perfect (one day).
Chrom Perfect general applications, reporting and laboratory integrations (two days).
Chrom Perfect for Power Users and System Managers (three days).
Course participants are provided with a detailed digital workbook and training guide, which they will use as a reference throughout the course and as an on-going resource in their daily lab work.
" We are very excited about the opportunities that these new services offers our customers.
"Although Chrom Perfect is very easy to use, previous experience shows that most laboratories only use a small percentage of the features available.
"Expert training allows users to fully exploit the power of Chrom Perfect, offering immediate benefit to the individual and employer" says James Russell of Justice Laboratory Software.
