The KS Mk2 cleaning tank and the UCR Mk2 wash and rinse system feature the company's powerful new Pulsatron M300 ultrasonic generator, along with digital controls for precise process management.

Standard versions of these tanks operate at 38kHz, but the optional Neptune dual-frequency generator control is available for both models in all sizes.

An LCD display shows set and run times and temperatures, while a four-keypad control panel allows the setting of ultrasonics time and solution temperature, the former in six-second increments to a maximum of 99.9 minutes, the latter in 1C increments up to 80C. Ultrasonic transducers bonded to the tank base provide high levels of performance and reliability together with uniform distribution of ultrasonic energy.
The ultrasonic frequency is tuned to the individual tank and transducer combination and then optimised under normal usage conditions through the use of a frequency sweep of up to 2kHz, rather than a fixed frequency.
The internal housing of the generators ensures that footprints remain small.
The standard KS Mk2 tank is available with a maximum capacity of 248 litres, while the UCR Mk2 wash and rinse tank can hold up to 117 litres.
