Suitable for general use in research, application technology, production and quality control, with the cheaper version capable of being upgraded at a later date
The Lauda Novel thermostat grows with needs is a novel thermostat concept.
The company says it offers the first thermostats which are suitable for general use in research, application technology, production and quality control and grow in accordance with your needs.
They have a large temperature range from -90 to 300C. Lauda Proline is available in master and command versions. Proline master provides a thermostat that combines full output with the most important basic functions.
The Proline command version adds additional functions to expand the area of application and increase the ease of operation.
Chief attraction: the command version constitutes an extension of the master version.
As a result, every device of the master version can be upgraded to command at a later date if required.
The individual Proline power packages are described as milestones of the thermostating technology.
Lauda Proline devices contain the unique Varioflex pump.
This high-power pressure/suction pump can be adjusted in eight levels to the particular output requirement and consequently provides an optimum circulation of the bath liquid at all times.
The hydrodynamically optimised design of the impellers ensures high pressure and pump output at minimised power consumption.
This saves energy and facilitates a maximum cooling output.
The newly developed SmartCool System of Lauda Proline provides a digital cooling management that ensures the optimum cooling output for a particular operating condition at all times.
Its superior technology facilitates the advancement into new cooling output levels of up to 1.6kW.
This result is unrivalled for the compact bench units of this class.
The PowerAdapt System of Lauda Proline mobilises all energy reserves. It facilitates the use of the maximum electrical output supplied by the power supply system.
As a result, even cooling thermostats can reach a heater power of up to 3.5kW in order to achieve fast heating times.
In addition, they greatly exceed all legal requirements with regard to the load feedback to the supply system, says Lauda.
The SelfCheck Assistant provides safety features at the highest level.
The heart is the end-to-end two channel safety system which was designed in accordance with the most recent EU directives and standards.
Independent controllers with two temperature sensors continuously compare their measurements and consequently monitor each other in this manner. This results in an outstanding over temperature protection.
