Micronic has selected the 8th Society for Biomolecular Screening meeting in The Hague, Netherlands (23rd - 26th September) to present and discuss its latest products for sample storage, retrieval and liquid handling.
Micronic will launch two new products.
Incorporating an advanced soft rubber grip shaped to perfectly fit the hand, the new Comfort pipette range combines leading-edge user comfort with fast, precise liquid dispensing for all applications from low to high volume (0.5µl -5000µl). Designed to operate with ultra-low plunger activation and blow-out force, Micronic's Comfort pipettes minimise the risk of repetitive strain injury for high-throughput users.
For high throughput laboratories seeking easy visual separation of sealed samples by type, source or even day of the week they were submitted, Micronic Colour Caps provide a new coloured co-ordinated solution for maintaining high sample integrity. Available in a choice of seven colours, Colour Caps allow quick visual determination of sample origin.
Manufactured from chemically resistant TPE polymer the multi-piercable Coloured Caps provide single action capping of a single tube, a row of tubes or even a complete 96-tube rack.
In addition to the new product launches the full range of Tracker-DM and TraXis coded tubes, racks, piercable sealing systems, tube readers and software will be available for demonstration.
Also on show will be Micronic's range of highly affordable Premium range storage products and the Robo-Rack, a 96-position sample tube storage rack which incorporates a wealth of novel features enabling turn-key integration into most laboratory automation systems.
