Nickel-Electro says the introduction of its two new digital hotplates has proven an enormous success
Nickel-Electro, designer and manufacturer of the popular Clifton range of temperature controlled equipment, launched the new hotplates in 2001.
During their first year, the hotplates have achieved record sales levels, both in the UK and abroad.
As Melvin Dickson, managing director of Nickel-Electro, tells us: "We expected the new digital hotplates to be popular, but we hadn't anticipated just how well received they would be.
We are delighted with the positive response to these products worldwide." The two digital hotplates feature wipe clean front controls with bright displays.
They also have the ability to retain user selected time and temperatures in their memories, ensuring accuracy in repeat processes, aided by the audible and visual end of process alarms.
Samples can be directly controlled via the use of an accessory external probe.
The digital hotplates are available in 1kW and 2kW versions.
