Unstirred bath provides a stable temperature with digital PID temperature controller, while duo bath comes into its own when two different temperatures and immersed depths are required
Nickel-Electro has recently launched its Bio Range.
This comprises of products which have been carefully selected from the popular Clifton range for life science applications.
The Range includes the NE2-D unstirred bath and the Duo bath.
The NE2-D unstirred bath provides a stable temperature environment as the digital PID temperature controller has smart Autotune technology for adaptive and accurate temperature control.
The clearly visible LED display is suitable for all lighting conditions has timer settings which are variable from 0-999 minutes, and are retained in memory.
There are also set temperature, auto alarm settings, an illuminated on/off switch and over and under-temperature indications.
Featuring two independently controlled unstirred baths in one space saving unit, the enhanced Duo bath has been specifically designed with the busy laboratory in mind.
The Duo bath consists of a 304 spec stainless steel tank contained in a sturdy outer case with a chemical resistant paint finish.
Good temperature stability is a key feature of the Duo bath, and it comes into its own when two different temperatures and immersed depths are required.
The clever design also helps solve the problems associated with water level/disturbance when placing and removing containers.
Melvin Dickson, managing director of Nickel-Electro says: "We are very excited about the development of the Bio Range.
"The NE2-D and the Duo bath are particularly suitable for life science applications".
All products in the Clifton range come with a three year warranty.
