The German synchronous motor manufacturer Hasselbach and Kausch has been bought by Rotek, which has renamed the motors Rotek Synchronous Motors.
Rotek has improved the range and added many new features to the high quality motors.
The AC synchronous motors feature exact speed holding under varying load, rapid starting and reversal, high holding torque with power off and the ability to withstand short time locked shaft applications. Furthermore the motors are available with spur, worm and planetary gearboxes with a power output range of from 7W to 50W, speeds from 0 to 1800rpm and torque output up to 25Nm.
All operating voltages are possible from 24V to 400V single phase and three phase, and the motors come with either flying leads or terminal box with up to IP55 protection.
Rotek Synchronous motors are available exclusively from OEM Automatic Motors Division in the UK.
