Winners of Oxoid's beer quality and brewery hygiene awards, organised with the Institute and Guild of Brewing, are announced
Oxoid says it is delighted to announce that the winners of this year's Oxoid Award for Beer Quality and Brewery Hygiene, organised in conjunction with the Institute and Guild of Brewing (IGB), are: 1st place: Alison Aitchison, Scottish Courage.
2nd place: Philip May, Adnams.
3rd place: Martin Barry, Salopian Brewery.
The winners will receive their prizes at a celebratory event in June and if you would like to find out more about them, their entries and why they won, Oxoid will be publishing these details in its newsletter 'Setting Standards'.
