The HPLC/CE/detector kit is designed for calibration and performance verification of variable wavelength detectors and diode array detectors (Dad) in HPLC and CE, as well as benchtop UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
The solutions in this kit can be used to perform four different calibration tests: wavelength accuracy, wavelength precision (repeatability) and absorbance linearity in addition to absolute absorbance accuracy.
The Nist (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceable kit comprises seven standards from 0.02-0.20mg/ml, holmium oxide standard in perchloric acid for wavelength calibration, potassium iodide, syringe, detector connection kit and software template.
Each kit will be enough for 15-25 validations.
