System is capable of suppressing up to three decades of helium background signal, allowing the user to detect leaks up to three decades smaller than the helium background
Background helium levels can be problematic when carrying out large numbers of leak checks, particularly when very low leak rates are being measured.
The background level is normally checked before or after, but not during the leak test.
The superior zeroing capability of the QualyTest offers a significant advantage in this area by automatically adjusting the recorded background value during the measurement if required.
The QualyTest electronics are capable of suppressing up to three decades of helium background signal, without impacting the accuracy of the test, allowing the user to detect leaks up to three decades smaller than the helium background.
Recording test data for quality records is easily done with QualyTest.
Data can be downloaded to a PC via serial interface.
To safely identify and allocate the measuring object simply connect a barcode scanner.
To print out measuring records you can easily connect a printer.
QualyTest offers an additional safety advantage through ISO 9000 - the user is able to permanently enter threshold values (maximum and minimum measured values) by way of a keyboard. Depending on whether the measuring result is within or outside the tolerance, the user will receive a clear acoustic Yes or No signal.
An additional light indicating green and red is also available.
Suitable evaluation and documentation software is available - these also meet the requirements of ISO 9000.
