PerkinElmer has signed an exclusive agreement with Separation Scientific, a South African-based laboratory services company, to provide sales and service support for PerkinElmer customers in ten southern Africa countries.
The agreement consolidates the previous mix of direct and dealer sales into a single source for all PerkinElmer Life and Analytical Sciences products, offering an improved customer experience and consistent delivery of service across a wider geographical range.
The new operation will be based in South Africa with offices across the region, and will serve the countries of South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho and the Indian Ocean islands.
