At the beginning of August 2002, as part of its continuing expansion, Photonic Products opened a new office in El Segundo, California.

With the establishment of an American base, it aims to improve its service and provide a US focus for our existing and new customers.
David Stephen will head up the office.
He has over five years' specialist experience in the American industrial laser diode market with companies such as Blue Sky Research and Lyte Optronics and more than 16 years in high tech industry in the USA.
Originally from Yorkshire, but resident in California for over 18 years, he will offer a high standard of customer service and a familiar face to many customers.

Photonic Products, founded in 1995, specialises in both the distribution of laser diodes and the custom design and manufacture of optoelectronic components based on semiconductor laser diode technology.
