Nicki Girouard is new head of Raytheon's Reliability Analysis Lab, succeeding William Tice who is also promoted
Nicki Girouard, who has been with Raytheon for 25 years, will be responsible for the commercial and technical supervision of the RAL's electronic component analysis services.
She brings with her an extensive background in plastic materials and applications that support electronics, and is experienced in circuit card assembly manufacturing processes, particularly electronics cleaning.
Since joining Raytheon, Ms Girouard has held increasingly senior roles in engineering and management. Most recently, she served as manager of the plastic materials and chemical technology section of Raytheon's Lexington labs. She holds a BS in organic chemistry and a masters in plastics engineering.
She is a member of Women's Initiative Network and Society of Women Engineer.
Ms Girouard will report to William Tice, who previously served as manager of the RAL and has since been promoted to manager of the reliability, parts and analysis engineering department at Raytheon.
