Vendor-independent analysis software package for any chromatographic mass spectral data offers many advanced features
A new highly intuitive software package offering many advanced features has been announced by SpectralWorks, a supplier of advanced software solutions for the analysis of complex chromatographic mass spectral data.
AnalyzerPro is a vendor-independent analysis software package for any chromatographic mass spectral data.
The conversion of any complex chromatographic MS data into useful information is greatly simplified.
The modular conception of this software allows for both qualitative and quantitative applications to be addressed. These include, but are not limited to, the areas of environmental analysis, proteomics, clinical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, quality control, drug discovery and many more.
Combined with the latest Nist library or user created libraries, AnalyzerPro is able to quickly, accurately and automatically characterise samples and show the known and the unknown components that have been detected.
The performance of AnalyzerPro is said to be unaffected by oversampling of the chromatographic data, which has been a characteristic of other packages.
Neither does it discard any information, as the original data files can be retained unchanged and once data has been submitted to AnalyzerPro, then due regard has been given to the requirements of 21CFR part 11 that allows the software to be incorporated into a compliant environment.
AnalyzerPro does not rely on empirical calculations alone but utilises the physical characteristics common to all chromatographic data as well.
This allows for a simplified user interface that uses that latest Windows technology for ease of use.
AnalyzerPro is able to resolve virtually co-eluting peaks, determine peak purity, and produce qualitative information for compound identification. Quantitative information based on internal or external calibration is also readily provided through the optional quantitation module.
