Innovator in ultrasonic technology announces the appointment of its new sales and marketing manager, Mike Mulcahy
Mike Mulcahy joins Ultrasonic Scientific from Waters, where he has been chemistry operations group manager for five years, with responsibility for maintaining and developing the business mainly focusing on pharmaceutical applications (such as products for sample preparation, analysis, and purification).
With a BSc in industrial chemistry as well as an MBA, Mike brings 14 years of sales and marketing experience to Ultrasonic Scientific.
His broad experience has been in pharmaceuticals, scientific capital equipment and in consumables.
The new role at Ultrasonic Scientific will be a challenge for Mike - Breda O'Driscoll, managing director, confirms "Mike is joining Ultrasonic Scientific at a very exciting time in the company's development.
In the last year, we have secured investment funding, expanded enormously, won two major international awards for the technology and already generated major league orders and partnerships with customers.
Having achieved so much in a short time, Ultrasonic now wants to develop the brand under the supervision of a senior sales and marketing manager, hence our appointment of Mike."
