Precision engineered to produce a temperature stability of +/-0.2C from ten degrees above ambient to 100C, the Model VE 2585 produces the optimum operating conditions for highly reproducible Gel Permeation Chromatography. The column temperature stability provided by the new system maintains the integrity of column calibrations over a longer period of time and also enhances the baseline stability of refractive index detectors.
Compact, yet with adequate space to accommodate even 30cm GPC columns the Model VE 2585 has flexible positioning of both inlet and outlet allowing it to integrate with any GPC/HPLC system.
Operating at elevated temperatures the Model VE 2585 Column Oven also increases the versatility of GPC analysis through facilitating the routine use of solvents such as dimethyl formamide and dimethylsulphoxide that are viscous at room temperature.
