Many applications in modern molecular biology require dye labelled oligonucleotides including 'scorpion' probes, taqman probes and molecular beacons.
In these applications the oligonucleotides are predominately used as diagnostic tools, it is therefore of vital importance that they are of high sample purity.
The new applications report compares and contrasts the sample integrity of oligonucleotides dried using a modern Genevac HT-4 with that possible using a older generation centrifugal evaporator.
