Development allows users of AC solutions to utilise Scientific Software's EZChrom Elite as their chromatography data system (CDS) platform
AC Analytical Controls will introduce its advanced application software to operate with Scientific Software's EZChrom Elite chromatography data systems.
This new development allows users of AC solutions to utilise EZChrom Elite as their CDS platform.
"We are extremely pleased to enhance our software control offering for the popular AC Analytical Control's GC solutions," says Edward Long, vice-president of marketing at Scientific Software.
"EZChrom Elite Systems can now work with AC Analytical Control's well-regarded systems and software along with our standard support for GCs from Agilent, Shimadzu, Thermo Electron, Varian, and others to provide our customers with extended capabilities".
"The SSI and AC cooperation offers analysts more flexibility in selecting a chromatographic data system and allows them to meet current and future laboratory needs," says Anjo Kleinveld, product manager from AC Analytical Controls.
Starting from the second quarter of 2005 the AC applications, which will operate with EZChrom Elite systems, include AC gas analysers for a complete separation of refinery and natural gas components, AC Simdis analysers for a complete true boiling point determination of petroleum streams, AC Reformulyzer for a complete identification of hydrocarbon types in gasoline and blending feedstocks, AC DHA analysers for a complete separation of individual components in petroleum streams, and AC 8612 analyser for an accurate report of D86 data for naphtha and gasoline.
EZChrom Elite can be deployed in a single user workstation or multi-user client/server operations.
Optional software control of more than 300 various HPLC, GC and IC instruments, including those from Agilent, ESA, Shimadzu, Hitachi, PerkinElmer, Varian, Thermo Electron and many others, is available with EZChrom Elite.
